Our Story
Two bad choices
On one side, salon shampoos that cleaned beautifully and left the scalp tight, itchy and over-corrected. On the other, herbal products that were kind to the scalp and simply did not clean, the ones you rinse twice and still feel the residue.
Our founder, a formulation chemist who had spent nine years in contract manufacturing, kept being asked the same question by friends: why can’t something do both? The honest answer was that it could. It just required using traditional botanicals at doses that cost money, and cold-processing them in a way that is slower than the industry likes.
So we make one thing, and we make it properly. Six hundred bottles at a time.
